9th Left Halstow wind N.E. were at Gravesend. Were at Albert hoist early, began to load from "Corhaven". Loaded before 8 p.m. H.W. left wind up. Got off Ordnance Creek Tilbury.
10th Sailed at H.W. Light West wind which failed at Yantlet, got near West Cant and anchored several hours there. Were able to sail, got in South Deep about 9.45 p.m. Fetched from Horse Buoy.
11th Got under way about 5 a.m. Got to Conyer, heaved in the middle berth with much rain.
12th Not unloaded
13th Emptied. Arthur swept up for me.
14th Idle
15th An order to load.
16th Began to load, much rain came.
17th Loaded, sailed day tide, fetched above Mid-Blyth, port tack.
18th Anchored Rother H.W. a.m. Sailed only mainsail, foresail, mizzen, stayfall rode but got it clear. "Naza" towed us through Tower Bridge, "Viper" through Waterloo, anchored off Wellingon Wharf Midday.
19th Unloaded, no orders wind down.
20th No orders. Widn N.E. Some rain.
21st No orders. Wind N.E. Some rain a.m. Orders at 5 p.m. to go to Millwall Dock, drove down to dock entrance 22nd.
23rd Entered dock, waited all day, not worked.
24th Being the King's birthday no work was done.
25th Sunday - went over to Greenwich Methodists.
26th Got the bags of flour before midday all the rest of the day to wait.
27th and not got passed out on todays tide. Did not get a pass out until 2 p.m. out of dock H.W. p.m.
28th Wind South got down to Tilbury Dock in on L.W. Got 504 bags linseed cake in. Could not get release.
29th Got out of dock at H.W. Strong SW wind. Anchored near Grain Spit.
30th Finer. Sailed, had to sail back at Kingsferry Bridge. Evenden was huffler ran ashore in stays in the first reach of Milton Creek. In Long Reach A.P.C.M. motor boat gave us a pull to Adelaide Dock. Got ashore, above there the Surdar pulled us to Filmers Dock began empty.
