CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER.
If the customer cancels his place on a charter the booking fee is
non-returnable. If the cancellation takes place less than four weeks
before the start of the charter, the customer is liable to pay the full
amount of the charter.

CANCELLATION BY TOPSAIL CHARTERS
The charters for individuals described in the programme are dependent
of a minimum number of customers booking places on them. In the event
of this minimum number not being achieved by two weeks before the start
of the charter, the charter will be cancelled and all monies returned
to the customers who have booked. Every effort will be made to carry
out cruises as described in the brochure but in case of adverse weather
conditions beyond the company's control, it may be necessary to change
or curtail the planned itinerary. If the company is able to give two or
more days notice of enforced cancellation, all monies will be refunded.
Wherever possible customers will be offered alternative dates and then
all monies will be carried across to the new charter date. If the
customer arrives for the start of the charter and in the Skipper's
opinion it is unsafe to depart, no refund will be given, but the barge,
her crew and all food will remain at the disposal of the passengers.
Topsail Charters can accept no liability for expense or compensation
arising from enforced cancellation.
