I have a Thames barge which I would like to sell in the Hampshire area.
The secure mooring is in an area of special scientific interest and it is very secluded and set away from the other 7 moorings in this small boat yard on the river Hamble.
The barge needs attention to the outside.
I have installed central heating and had the boat re-wired with new bilge pumps etc and painted the inside plus re -roofed the wheel house etc.
The Hull needs work which due to a change in our circumstances is going to be difficult for us.
The actual mooring is quiet with un interupted views of the river with salt marshes all around the boat.
Any reasonable offer would be considered for a quick sale (references and an interview with the boat yard owner would be required).
